# Vidext privacy

## Controller

Vidext Technologies, S.L., Calle Martín el Humano, 1, Entresuelo Derecho, 46008 Valencia, Spain (CIF B-06881825) is the controller for personal data processed through Vidext. Questions and data-subject requests go to [datos@vidext.io](mailto:datos@vidext.io).

## What the application processes

- Account and identity data: name, email address, and the organization memberships and roles that control access.
- Workspace content: the documents, connected sources, and generated learning content an organization uploads or creates; retrieval and generation are scoped to that organization.
- Learning activity: module progress, knowledge-check answers, and tutor conversations, recorded so organizations can see completion and comprehension.
- Agent and integration access: OAuth clients, scopes, and tokens for connected AI assistants; every grant is scoped to one organization and expires on its own.
- Operational data: security events, audit records, and service logs needed to run and protect the platform.

## How AI processing works

Generation and tutoring use third-party AI providers under processing agreements; the documentation lists which services are used, why, and what a request may expose.
